Ukulele Playing Posture

Rest the Ukulele close to your body at an angle of 45 to 90-degrees from the floor in-between your right thigh and right elbow. Your right thumb should be placed on the G-string with the rest of the fingers over the sound hole. Your left hand should be holding the neck of the instrument around the 3rd fret. The left thumb should be behind the neck with the other fingers over the fretboard.
